The Noble Qur'an » At-Tariq ( The Night-Comer ) - الطارق
وَالسَّمَاءِ وَالطَّارِقِ الطارق [1]
By the sky and the night comer - At-Tariq ( The Night-Comer ) [1]
وَمَا أَدْرَاكَ مَا الطَّارِقُ الطارق [2]
And what can make you know what is the night comer? At-Tariq ( The Night-Comer ) [2]
النَّجْمُ الثَّاقِبُ الطارق [3]
It is the piercing star - At-Tariq ( The Night-Comer ) [3]
إِن كُلُّ نَفْسٍ لَّمَّا عَلَيْهَا حَافِظٌ الطارق [4]
There is no soul but that it has over it a protector. At-Tariq ( The Night-Comer ) [4]
فَلْيَنظُرِ الْإِنسَانُ مِمَّ خُلِقَ الطارق [5]
So let man observe from what he was created. At-Tariq ( The Night-Comer ) [5]
خُلِقَ مِن مَّاءٍ دَافِقٍ الطارق [6]
He was created from a fluid, ejected, At-Tariq ( The Night-Comer ) [6]
يَخْرُجُ مِن بَيْنِ الصُّلْبِ وَالتَّرَائِبِ الطارق [7]
Emerging from between the backbone and the ribs. At-Tariq ( The Night-Comer ) [7]
إِنَّهُ عَلَىٰ رَجْعِهِ لَقَادِرٌ الطارق [8]
Indeed, Allah, to return him [to life], is Able. At-Tariq ( The Night-Comer ) [8]
يَوْمَ تُبْلَى السَّرَائِرُ الطارق [9]
The Day when secrets will be put on trial, At-Tariq ( The Night-Comer ) [9]
فَمَا لَهُ مِن قُوَّةٍ وَلَا نَاصِرٍ الطارق [10]
Then man will have no power or any helper. At-Tariq ( The Night-Comer ) [10]
وَالسَّمَاءِ ذَاتِ الرَّجْعِ الطارق [11]
By the sky which returns [rain] At-Tariq ( The Night-Comer ) [11]
وَالْأَرْضِ ذَاتِ الصَّدْعِ الطارق [12]
And [by] the earth which cracks open, At-Tariq ( The Night-Comer ) [12]
إِنَّهُ لَقَوْلٌ فَصْلٌ الطارق [13]
Indeed, the Qur'an is a decisive statement, At-Tariq ( The Night-Comer ) [13]
وَمَا هُوَ بِالْهَزْلِ الطارق [14]
And it is not amusement. At-Tariq ( The Night-Comer ) [14]
إِنَّهُمْ يَكِيدُونَ كَيْدًا الطارق [15]
Indeed, they are planning a plan, At-Tariq ( The Night-Comer ) [15]
وَأَكِيدُ كَيْدًا الطارق [16]
But I am planning a plan. At-Tariq ( The Night-Comer ) [16]
فَمَهِّلِ الْكَافِرِينَ أَمْهِلْهُمْ رُوَيْدًا الطارق [17]
So allow time for the disbelievers. Leave them awhile. At-Tariq ( The Night-Comer ) [17]
